Delivery & Shipping Charge

1.You can expect to receive your order
depending on the delivery option you have chosen.

2.Orders must be placed by 7 pm. Orders
after the cutoff time will arrive the next day morning.

(Note: Due to Thursday closer orders after 7
pm on Thursday will be delivered on Friday Morning)

3.You will get free shipping on order amount
reflects as per area and minimum order bar.

2. That you will use the services provided
by the Site, its affiliates, consultants and contracted companies, for lawful
purposes only and comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using
and transacting on the Site.

Colors we have made every effort to display
the colors of our products that appear on the website as accurately as
possible. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we
cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

DELIVERY

1). Orders placed before 7 PM IST Saturday –Thursday will be delivered on the same day otherwise wise very Next? delivery day.
2). No delivery on Friday, National Holidays and Emergency, Strikes, closer due to Natural clamity, Any Order by law and administration of concern Govt.
4). Orders before 10am will be delivered with in 3 pm and order before 4 pm will be delivered before 7pm on Saturday to Thursday. Customer can select the date and time slots as per system reflects and subject to changes in time to time.

Other Delivery Conditions

You must be present to receive the delivery during the delivery time slot which you selected or specified during the order placement or confirmation.

if Delivery is not being executed during first attempt because of the event that, No one is home, Wrong Address or insufficient address, Premises Locked, or refusal to accept, Wrong Mobile or Landline Number, no reply, not reachable, Then the customer shall still be charged for the order..

Therefore, refunds, discounts, cancellations and re-delivery would not be applicable in such a case. In case of Natural calamities like Earthquake, / heavy rains / Emergency Strikes / Curfew or any other anti-social event, we reserve the right to reschedule the delivery to the next most probable date.

Return?

If you are not satisfied with Quality or for any reason you aew to return any item you have ordered. You can return the item to the delivery boy at the time of delivery by deducting the item amount from the total COD amount payable of the generated bill.
In case of Wallet/Prepaid payment we will credit the amount as a refund of returned item into your Grocery baba wallet within 24-48 Hrs.

Refund?
If any item find Sub Standard Quality after Delivery boy left your door call us on 9999219762 to register your Feedback, we will be analyze to improve our working and check points and get back to you within 24 hours after your complaint is registered Once Delivery boy left your door we are not responsible for any type of Return/Refund/Replacement.
No Return or Refund are possible, if complaints are registered after 12 hours but your feedbacks to improve our services are always welcomed.

Replacement?
We are unable to replace, but? Return or? Refund is possible only as per mentioned in above Statements ie No.1(Return) & No.2(Refund) under No Question.
